To improve customer service performance amid leadership change, a prominent digital bank engaged KV to source a new department head and restructure the team. Drawing on our financial industry depth, the bank onboarded a seasoned CS leader with foreign-bank credentials within six weeks. The new leader launched a two-phase plan: first, KV recruited 6 experienced CS specialists to fill natural attrition gaps; second, given headcount constraints, KV proposed a contract-staffing model with conversion pathways, ultimately placing 9 contract specialists. 合約期間

Service Period

合約自雙方簽署日起生效,效期為一年。期滿後依相同條件自動延展,任一方欲終止合作須於期滿前 90 個日曆天以書面通知。

The contract takes effect on the signing date with a one-year term, automatically renewing under the same conditions. Termination requires 90 days written notice before expiration.

候選人到職後,KV 依候選人首年薪資總額(含底薪、獎金估值、固定津貼)計算顧問服務費:

Upon onboarding, KV calculates the consulting fee based on the candidate's first-year total compensation (base salary, bonus estimate, fixed allowances):

替補保證機制

Replacement Guarantee

候選人於保證期內離任或不適任時,企業應於 7 日內以書面通知 KV,KV 將依原職位需求啟動替補尋訪。若無法於保證期內覓得替補人選,KV 提供原服務費 20% 的折讓單供日後扣抵。

If a placement departs or proves unsuitable within the guarantee period, the client notifies KV in writing within 7 days. KV will initiate replacement search per original requirements. If no replacement is identified, KV provides a 20% credit note of the original fee for future services.

付款條件

Payment Terms

候選人到職當日,KV 發出收款通知;企業應於收到通知後 30 日內完成匯款,逾期將計算每日 5% 年息之延遲利息。

KV issues an invoice on the candidate's onboarding day. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt; late payments incur a 5% annual interest rate calculated daily.

雙方權益保障

Mutual Protection

雙方為獨立締約關係,互負保密義務。所有候選人資訊均視為機密資料,未經對方書面同意不得對外揭露。合約準據法為中華民國法律。

Both parties maintain an independent contractor relationship with mutual confidentiality obligations. All candidate information is treated as confidential and protected under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
